After attaining the CFO position at the age of 38, with the objective to share the experience and knowledge to the corporate and business community, turned entrepreneur at the age of 40 by incorporating Ealkay consulting, a 360o business advisory services company.
His relationship encompasses the Financial professionals of the industry, Eminent Corporate Lawyers, Mergers & Acqusitions experts, Banking, NBFC & Private equity players.
His strength is to structure, plan, strategise, finance, govern, comply and deliver the desired results. He is currently advising to multple Start-ups, MSME and large corporates in the practice areas of Strategy, Finance, Legal and Tech.

Mrs. Lalitha Deepthi Mutta is a qualified lawyer who brings on to the table more than a decade experience in the Corporate Law & Real estate. She is representing our Startup clients in all aspects of day to day corporate transactions.
She understands the intricacies involved in today’s business world and qualified to advise on General Corporate issues spanning across commercial, securities/mortgages and Shareholder agreements.
